Weight lifting Equipment

The most important aspect with lifting equipment is safety.  The second most important aspect of equipment is durability. If the durability is not present at the start, the safety factor becomes questionable.  The equipment shown and mention on this page is used to train personal.


The Hoist Rack and Half Cage system is the primary tool used for Personal Training.  Some of it's many features include:

  • Smith Machine
  • Safety Bars
  • Barbell Rack or Safety Hooks
  • Lat Pull Down and low Row Cable Systems

The Smith Machine is an integral part of the rack/cage system.  The major advantage of the Smith Machine is allowing a person to perform squats with complete safety and confidence.  The machine can also be used for bench presses, seated presses and a variety of other movements in complete safety.


 
Hip Sled for legs  

The Hip Sled provides lifting safety and a great deal of flexibility in the area of heavy leg workouts.  The system is for using heavy weight workouts for the legs without doing squats and possibly injuring your back.  The rated capacity of this hip sled is 700 lbs. Safety devices are built into the system to prevent injury.

This bench is rated to 500 lbs.  It is used for flat bench, incline and decline bench press work.  Attachments are also provided for leg extension and leg curl work.

The adjustable incline bench is used for abdominal work (sit ups).  The adjustable height is used to increase or decrease the efforts for abdominal work outs.  An added feature is back hyper-extension

This bench is portable system that can be used at a client's home for training requiring a bench system.

The fixed dumbbells we have range from 10 to 65 lbs.  Available are take apart dumbbells and loose weight plates.  These are used when less than 10 lbs is being used or to take to a client's home.



Our gym has approximately 1500 lbs of weight plates.  We are equipped with Olympic and standard bars including a variety of lat pull down bars.

On site is a seated calf machine and a standing calf machine.
