The Hip Sled provides lifting safety and a great deal of flexibility in the area of heavy leg workouts. The system is for using heavy weight workouts for the legs without doing squats and possibly injuring your back. The rated capacity of this hip sled is 700 lbs. Safety devices are built into the system to prevent injury. |

The fixed dumbbells we have range from 10 to 65 lbs. Available are take apart dumbbells and loose weight plates. These are used when less than 10 lbs is being used or to take to a client's home. |
